Where It Started
Dr. Brian and Chrissy Rudman founded Formula Wellness in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, built around an idea that was still uncommon at the time: that wellness and aesthetics aren't separate pursuits, they're deeply connected.
Dr. Rudman, who serves as our co-founder and Chief Medical Director, brought a clinical perspective shaped by a simple observation: patients who looked their best were almost always the ones who felt their best internally first. Treating the outside without understanding the inside meant treating symptoms instead of causes, and that wasn't the kind of care either founder wanted to build.
From that starting point, Formula Wellness grew into an integrated care model blending medical aesthetics with wellness disciplines including weight management, hormone balance, nutrition, brain performance, and preventive medicine, giving patients a personalized, inside-out approach to health and beauty.
How We Think About Care

What started as a single practice has grown into a team of over 200 people across locations in West Village, Park Cities, Frisco, Fort Worth, South Lake, and Austin, all built around the same integrated model our founders envisioned from the beginning.
