Together, they guide the clinical standards, protocols, and provider education behind every Formula Wellness center.
Dr. Brian Rudman is the co-founder and chief medical officer of Formula Wellness, the driving force behind its growth from a single-location practice into a leading multi-site wellness and aesthetics platform. His approach to patient care is grounded in three decades of experience across clinical medicine, operational leadership, and a deep conviction that healthcare should be proactive, personalized, and rooted in data.
Dr. Rudman earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri and completed his anesthesiology residency at Northwestern University, where he served as chief resident. He also holds a certificate in management from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor of arts in history from Northwestern University.
Dr. Rudman is board certified by two distinct governing bodies, reflecting his commitment to both clinical excellence and the evolving science of longevity and preventive medicine.
Before founding Formula Wellness, Dr. Rudman served as managing partner of two anesthesia companies, where he led advancements in perioperative care and operational efficiency.
This background in both clinical medicine and business leadership gave him a distinctive perspective on what healthcare could look like when organized around patient outcomes rather than reactive disease management.
After more than two decades in traditional medicine, Dr. Rudman recognized a fundamental gap in how healthcare addressed the period between optimal health and the onset of disease. That recognition became the foundation of Formula Wellness, a platform built on the principle that the most impactful medicine happens before symptoms appear.
