Lauren Olson, PA-C is one of the most accomplished and recognized medical aesthetic providers in the country, bringing more than four decades of clinical experience, national teaching expertise, and a distinguished record of practice leadership to her role as co-chair of the aesthetics committee of the Formula Wellness clinical advisory board.

Ms. Olson is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Baylor College of Medicine. She is a board-certified physician associate and holds board certification in obesity management in primary care, reflecting her commitment to addressing the full spectrum of factors that influence patient health and appearance.

Professional Background

Ms. Olson began her clinical career in 1982 and practiced across internal medicine, endocrinology, and family practice before expanding into clinical skincare in 1995. This broad foundation across multiple disciplines gives her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on how systemic health, hormonal balance, and metabolic function intersect with aesthetic outcomes.

In 2005, she founded Radiance Medical Aesthetics and Wellness in The Woodlands, Texas, building it into one of the most respected and recognized medical aesthetic practices in the region. Radiance has been voted the number one Medspa in The Woodlands six years in a row, a testament to the standard of care and patient experience Ms. Olson has built over nearly two decades of practice leadership.

In November 2024, Radiance became the first practice to partner with Formula Wellness, marking the beginning of a strategic expansion that brings the Formula Wellness model to The Woodlands community.
