They are staffed with professionals who are very knowledgeable in their field and put health and wellbeing first—never a worry! Around new years 2023 I caught a bug after a weird hangover, I couldn’t keep water or food down, it persisted for almost three days. In the evening, feeling severely dehydrated, I called Formula Wellness Center for an IV, they were able to squeeze me in before close the same day. My thirsty veins sucked up the hydration fluids and I felt better almost immediately leaving the facility. Saved me a trip to the ER.

I have been a patient since 2018, visiting most all of their clinics, first starting at the Dallas Location, and now making my Home Clinic, at the Frisco Location. I love, love, love Chrissy, and Brian Rudman, and now my new loves Jackie, Lynn, Erin, and CK rocks!!! She has taken care of me for 6 years, and is the best!!! Celia has been amazing in helping me understand exactly what all I’m doing to improve my health. Her professionalism and heartfelt service goes above and beyond.
