I’ve been going to Formula Wellness for several years now and highly recommend them. They are staffed with professionals who are very knowledgeable in their field and put health and wellbeing first—never a worry! In addition, they are very personable and friendly, I always have a good chat or laugh with the staff—I’ve known Ceresa K (“CK”) from the beginning and she is the best with clients!

From the moment I walked In I was greeted by Daisy, this is a very professional workplace. Christina took care of all my needs, And took the time to make sure I understood everything. Great place!

Around new years 2023 I caught a bug after a weird hangover, I couldn’t keep water or food down, it persisted for almost three days. In the evening, feeling severely dehydrated, I called Formula Wellness Center for an IV, they were able to squeeze me in before close the same day. My thirsty veins sucked up the hydration fluids and I felt better almost immediately leaving the facility. Saved me a trip to the ER.

I have been a patient since 2018, visiting most all of their clinics, first starting at the Dallas Location, and now making my Home Clinic, at the Frisco Location. I love, love, love Chrissy, and Brian Rudman, and now my new loves Jackie, Lynn, Erin, and CK rocks!!! She has taken care of me for 6 years, and is the best!!! It you are ever not feeling your best, this is the place to be!!! Your well being is primary goal!!! I love this place, and their staff!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have always tried to take the very best care of myself, but Formula Wellness Uptown takes that to a new level. Celia has been amazing in helping me understand exactly what all I’m doing to improve my health. Her professionalism and heartfelt service goes above and beyond. Dr. Rudman and his team are second to none. Thank you for giving me back some of my youth.

I went into Formula Wellness today for the first time. The front staff was so nice and welcoming and my visit with Chrissy was great. She was very thorough in explaining what I could expect for my first time receiving Dysport and aftercare instructions.
